  • 2 cups of boiled Pride of India’s Royal White Quinoa
  • 1 Capsicum, Tomato, Red Onion, Carrot (finely cut)
  • Coriander leaves for taste (finely cut)
  • 1/2 tsp of Pride of India Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp of Pride of India Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of Pride of India Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of Pride of India Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup of Pride of India Coconut Flour for binding
  • Pride of India Himalayan Pink Salt as per taste

 Directions

  • Add boiled quinoa to a large bowl.
  • Add all the vegetables and the seasonings. Mix it well.
  • Form the mixture into patties of your desired size. You can make them as thick or as thin as you like.
  • Heat some olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the quinoa patties and cook for about 45 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • Once the patties are cooked, transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to remove any excess oil.
