Ingredients:

Directions:

1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to400°F (200°C).

2. Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs (or vegan flax egg), melted butter, salt, and coconut sugar until smooth.

3. Add Coconut Flour: Stir in the coconut flour until a dough forms. The dough should be soft but not sticky. Add1 tablespoon of cold water if needed to bring it together.

4. Shape the Crust:Press the dough evenly into your pie dish using your hands or the back of a spoon. Prick the base with a fork to prevent puffing.

5. Bake: For 8-10 mins until the crust is lightly golden. Allow the crust to cool completely before filling with your favorite pie mixture.

Besides making a perfect keto pie crust, using coconut flour is a smart choice for other keto and gluten-free recipes too. Whether baked or no-bake, it’s perfect for creating guilt-free treats all season long.
