THE DELIGHTFUL CHICKPEA CURRY WITH A TWIST

Chickpea never disappoints, whether it’s a salad or used in curries. 

With a twist of that perfect spice to it, you can make your regular curry all things delicious! 

We bring you a recipe of the chickpea curry with a twist of our Pride of India’s Chickpea Curry Masala.

WHAT YOU NEED 

HOW TO MAKE 

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan. 

  • Fry the onions until golden brown. 

  • Add garlic, ginger and jalapeño. 

  • Add species and continue to cook for 1-2 mins.

  • Add tomatoes, chickpea and water. 

  • Stir nicely. 

  • Stir on simmer till the mixture gets thick. 

  • Serve hot.
